Where to check Auto Renew date

Auto Renew ensures your devices have continued protection so you will not have to do it manually.

  1. Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/.
  2. Type your email address and password, then click Sign In.
  3. Under the Licenses tab, look for the Expiration Date.
    The Auto Renew Date is five (5) days before the expiry date.

We also send a subscription expiry email reminder two (2) weeks before it ends.
