How to report wrongly classified pages by Panda’s URL filtering protection

The URL filtering feature included in Panda products uses Forcepoint?s URL categorization technology.

If you want to verify a URL’s category, feel a URL has been incorrectly filtered or if you want a particular URL to be reclassified, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Forcepoint Category Check page, enter the URL in the Analyze a URL or IP Address for malicious content text box and click the Analyze button.

   

2. Now, in the classification area, click the Suggest a different classification option:

   

3. In the What’s your suggestion? page, select the category you think is appropriate for your page, enter an explanation and click the Submit button.

   

Forcepoint will evaluate this request and if the change is deemed appropriate the change will be implemented in the next database roll out.
