How to collect Kaspersky SafeBrowser or MDM profile logs using Xcode on macOS

To collect logs of Kaspersky SafeBrowser for iOS or MDM profile installed on your mobile device using Xcode package:

  1. Install Xcode.
  2. Connect your device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch) to your Mac through USB.
  3. Select Trust this computer on the iPhone pop-up request.
  4. Start Xcode and go to Window → Devices and Simulators.

  1. Select your and reproduce the problem.
  2. Press the arrow button ksc10_12419_02 and download the logs.

  1. Send the collected logs to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support.
We recommend that you reproduce the problem on mobile devices with the latest version of iOS, and on Mac with the latest versions of macOS and Xcode.
