How to activate Trend Micro Security with a new serial number

You are replacing an expired subscription with a new serial number you see on the Order Confirmation Email or on the package you purchased from the retail store.

  1. Open Trend Micro, then click the expiry date you can see at the bottom.Expiration Date
  2. Click Change your serial number.Subscription Information
  3. Type your new serial number in the fields provided.Enter the Serial Number
  4. Click Next, then click Close.
