Fix issues receiving opt-in text
- Sign in to your account.
- Click tab.
- On the Contact Preferences section, next to Text Message, unselect the number and then add the number again.
If you still have not received an opt-in text, try these steps:
- Double check that your mobile device telephone number listed is correct.
- Ensure that your cell phone carrier is supported.
- If your carrier is supported, text “START” to 432578.
- If you still do not receive your opt-in text, contact your carrier to ensure that no block exists on the phone number. You should ask your carrier the following questions:
- “Does my plan have the ability to send and receive SMS messages from a standard rate short code of 432578?”
- “If I text help to 432578 (a standard rate short code) I don’t get a response. Why not?”
- “Does my plan have any purchase blocking enabled? If so, can you enable purchasing?”
- To Opt-Out from receiving SMS messages, text “STOP” to 432578.
