This can happen when you have more than one entry for the financial institution that triggers duplicate alerts. So, you must ensure that you have only one entry for each financial institution. Use the information below to remove duplicate entries.

Remove duplicate account entries

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Monitored Info tab.
  3. On the Financial accounts section, remove the duplicate entries.
