How to get started with Panda Dome Family

• From the main menu of the installed app on your mobile device, go to the Family section.
• Select the type of user that will be using the device you are configuring:
  • Supervisor (parents or guardians). Please note that you must first configure the supervisor’s profile.
    • Log in to your ‘family’ using your Panda Account credentials.
    • Enter a name for your family.
    • Create your user: choose a name, color, and the email address you want to receive notifications at. If you want to configure more than one supervisor, repeat this process from the relevant devices (skipping the family creation step because the family is already created).
  • Supervised user (if the device belongs to one of your children, an elderly or dependent person under your care, etc.).
    • Log in to your ‘family’ using your Panda Account credentials.
    • Create the user: choose a name and identifying color. If you want to configure more than one supervised user, repeat this process from the relevant devices.

All done! You are ready to begin using Panda Family to protect your kids in real time! Configure monitored areas (home, school, extracurricular activities, etc.), set device and app usage restrictions, access a location history, view usage reports, specify the notifications you want to receive, etc. Everything is just one click away!
