This article explains how to reset your G DATA password.
Step 1: Go to the password reset web link below:
https://www.gdatasoftware.com/lost-login-data
Step 2: Enter either the email address you have wp-signup.phped with us, your G DATA registration number, or your G DATA username. Click Request reset link.
In our example, we have entered the G DATA username.
You will now receive an e-mail to the address you have wp-signup.phped with us.
Step 3: Click on the password reset link in the email to open a web page allowing you to change your password.
Step 4: Enter your desired password in both fields and click Reset password now.
Your new password must follow the below guidelines:
– It is between 8 and 20 characters long
– It contains at least one lower case letter
– It contains at least one upper case letter
– It contains at least one special character
– It contains at least one digit
Done! Enter your new G DATA password on all devices that you protect with a G DATA product.
