If you have any G DATA software installed on your PC, the easiest way to access the UpgradeCenter is as follows:
Step 1. Open the G DATA software.
Step 2. Click Protect more PCs… on the bottom left corner.
Step 3. This will open the UpgradeCenter and automatically log you in with the User Name and Password of the G DATA software.

The UpgradeCenter shows the expiration date of your license and the type of your product.
The upgrade your license, proceed as follows:
Step 1. Click CHANGE PRODUCT.
Step 2. Scroll down until you see the product you wish to upgrade your license to.
If you have Antivirus you can upgrade to either Internet Security or Total Protection
If you have Internet Security you can upgrade to Total Protection.
At this point, in addition to the upgrade of the license, you can also choose to protect additional devices.
Use the selection box next to Computers to protect and select the total amount of devices you would like your license to cover.
Now click Change now.
Step 3. Check in Your basket if the transaction you have selected is correctly displayed.
If there are extra unwanted items, click Edit then remove them via the small red X under the column quantity.
Step 4. Scroll down to Your details and fill in the required information.
Now click save address.
Step 5. Select a preferred payment method, fill in the required information and click Next step.
Step 6. Check carefully if all the displayed information is correct, then check the confirmation box at the left of
“I have read and understood the General Terms and Conditions” and
“I have read and understood the Right of cancellation”.
Now click next.
Step 7. You have successfully upgraded your G DATA license to a more comprehensive security solution.
You will receive an email confirming the transaction from [email protected] within a couple of minutes.
All you need to do now is to uninstall your previous G DATA product, then to download and install your new one.
