Turn off or on auto renewal on your Malwarebytes subscription

In My Account, you can check the status of your Malwarebytes Premium subscription and turn on/off auto renewal. When auto renewal is enabled, your credit card is charged annually to keep your subscription active.

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click the Payments tab.
  3. Under Active Subscription, click the pencil icon Edit.png.
    Important: If you do not see the pencil icon, submit a support ticket so we can assist you.
  4. A pop-up window asks you to select a reason for cancelling auto renewal. Click Turn off in this window.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email.

You can re-enable auto renewal for your subscription at any time by clicking the pencil icon Edit.png.
