If you receive the error message “This activation code is no longer supported” when attempting to activate a Kaspersky Lab product, it means the code you are entering is intended for an old version of the application.
To activate the application, contact Kaspersky technical support by choosing the topic and filling out the form. In your request, provide the following information:
- Purchase date and place.
- Activation code.
- A photograph of the activation code from the product packaging, if you have it.
- A photograph of your receipt of purchase, if you kept it.
- The owner’s email address.
