To help prevent conflicts between Sophos products and your Malwarebytes products, add mutual exclusions to the settings in Malwarebytes using the instructions below.
There is a known conflict between Sophos Web Protection and Malwarebytes Web Protection. Before adding exclusions, you need to disable Web Protection for either Sophos or Malwarebytes. For additional information, see Issues running other security applications and Malwarebytes for Windows.
Set exclusions in Malwarebytes Nebula
Add Sophos to your Malwarebytes software’s exclusions.
- Log in to the Malwarebytes Nebula console.
- Click Settings > Exclusions.
- Click New, then add the Sophos file paths.

Applies to both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
