Rescode Error 500 when tries to log in to console (K7 computing)

1. Kindly check whether any services of K7 or SQL has been stopped.

2. Click on Start->Run->Type services.msc and enter

3. Services window opens up, if any of the K7 or SQL services or stopped, start those services and check.

4. If still, the issue persists please run the below URL in console machine via browser and check

            http://localhost:7070/k7bizclnt/SrvUpdtDone.asp
            http://localhost:7070/k7bizclnt/PostUpdt.asp

5. Run the K7Bizdiag tool and try loggin to the console now.
