The Malwarebytes OneView integration with Datto Autotask PSA requires the following:

  • Access to Datto Autotask PSA.
  • API User account with API User (system) Security Level. For instructions, see Create a Datto Autotask PSA API User.
  • An active Malwarebytes OneView account.
  • A Malwarebytes OneView Global Admin, Site Admin, or Customer Admin user role.
