Manage your payment method in My Account (Malwarebytes)

In My Account, you can change your account payment method, billing address, and your auto-renewal option.

• Update your payment method
• Remove your payment method
• Update your billing address

Update your payment method

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Click the Payment tab.
3. Next to your Card number, click the pencil icon .
4. In the Update credit card info pop-up window, click New Credit Card information.
5. Credit card entries appear below. Enter your new credit card information.
6. Click Add credit card info when done. Your new credit card info displays.

Remove your payment method

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Click the Payment tab.
3. Under Active Subscription, disable auto-renewal.
4. Next to your Card number, click the trash icon .
5. In the pop-up window, click OK.

Update your billing address

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Click the Payment tab.
3. Next to your Billing address, click the pencil icon .
4. In the Edit billing address pop-up window, enter your new billing address.
5. Click Save when done. Your new billing address displays.
