To upgrade the operating system on a device with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows that has been encrypted using Full Disk Encryption (FDE):
- Create a new folder.
- Copy the following files from the folder %Program Files%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows to the new folder:
- cm_km.inf
- cm_km.sys
- klfde.cat
- klfde.inf
- klfde.sys
- klfdefsf.cat
- klfdefsf.inf
- klfdefsf.sys
- Start the operating system upgrade with the /reflectdrivers key:
setup.exe /reflectdrivers <path to folder with the cm_km, klfde and klfdefsf drivers>
