To upgrade the operating system on a device with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows that has been encrypted using Full Disk Encryption (FDE):

  1. Create a new folder.
  2. Copy the following files from the folder %Program Files%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Windows to the new folder:
    • cm_km.inf
    • cm_km.sys
    • klfde.cat
    • klfde.inf
    • klfde.sys
    • klfdefsf.cat
    • klfdefsf.inf
    • klfdefsf.sys
  3. Start the operating system upgrade with the /reflectdrivers key:
setup.exe /reflectdrivers <path to folder with the cm_km, klfde and klfdefsf drivers>
