This article concerns Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows:

  • Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 4 (version 10.3.3.304)
  • Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 3 (version 10.3.3.275)
  • Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 2 (version 10.3.0.6294)
  • Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 1 (version 10.3.0.6294)
  • Service Pack 2 (version 10.3.0.6294)
  • Service Pack 1 Maintenance Release 4 (version 10.2.6.3733)

To upgrade the operating system on a device with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows that has been encrypted using Full Disk Encryption (FDE):

  1. Create a new folder.
  2. Copy the following files from the folder %Program Files%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows to the new folder:
    • cm_km.inf
    • cm_km.sys
    • klfde.cat
    • klfde.inf
    • klfde.sys
    • klfdedmp.cat
    • klfdedmp.inf
    • klfdedmp.sys
  3. Start the operating system upgrade with the key:
setup.exe /reflectdrivers <path to folder with the cm_km, klfde and klfdedmp drivers>

Where setup.exe is the installation file from the ISO image with the Windows operating system upgrade.
