When submitting a request to the Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via My Kaspersky you will be asked to specify the operating system version of your device.
For Windows users
- Open the dialogue box Run by pressing Win + R keyboard hotkey
- Type winver and click OK.
The information about the version will be available in the window opened.
For macOS users
See the instructions on the Apple support website.
For Android users
- Open the menu and tap Settings.
- Select System, About phone or About device or if you don’t have any of these, try looking for something similar in meaning.
You will find the version of your operating system in the Android version field. If there is no such field, select Software information, About phone or similar in meaning.
For iOS users:
