STEP 1: Add the user account to the local user group
- Press the + keys to open the Run dialog box.
- In the Run dialog box, type the following, and then click .
lusrmgr.msc
If the User Account Control prompt appears, click .
- In the Local Users and Groups management window, in the left pane, click .
- In the right pane, right-click and select .
- Type the domain user account name that you want to add to Norton Family. Type password and confirm password, and then click .
- Exit the Local Users and Groups management window.
STEP 2: Add the user account to Norton Family
- In the notification area, click the Norton Family icon, and then click .
- Type your parent email and password, and then click .
- Next to the child profile that you want to assign the domain user account to monitor to, click .
- Click , and then check the user account name which you have created in Step 1.
- Click .
- Click .
