Go to the Malwarebytes OneView Users screen to manage user accounts. The Users screen allows you to add, edit, and delete users, change their roles, or assign users to sites. This article explains how to find existing users and add new users.

Find users

By default, the list of users sorts by first name.

  1. From the sidebar, go to Settings > Users.
  2. Click the Name or Email column headings to change the sort order.
  3. If you have many users, enter a name in the Search box to find their information.

Add a new user

  1. From the sidebar, go to Settings > Users.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the plus sign ( + ).
  3. Fill out the user information:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Phone (optional)
    • Email
    • Roles
    • Sites (optional).
  4. Click Submit.

Resend a user’s email invitation

You can resend an invitation if the user did not receive it or let the invitation lapse.

  1. From the sidebar, go to Settings > Users.
  2. Click the user’s actions (  ) icon.
  3. Choose Resend Invite.
