Solution 1
- If you use Windows 10 operating system, update it to the latest version. For details, see Microsoft website.
- Download the latest version of the application from the Kaspersky website and stat the installation again.
Solution 2
- Create a new Windows account with administrator rights. See the Microsoft support website for instructions.
- Restart your computer.
- Log into system under the newly created administrator account.
- Download the latest version of the application from the Kaspersky website and stat the installation again.
