Why did this happen?
- Your email address or password is incorrect.
- You bought the program through Best Buy or an Internet Service Provider.
- Your program is not yet installed or activated.
How do I fix this?
- Retype your email address and your password.
- Make sure there are no extra spaces or duplicate characters.
I forgot my email address
- Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Click Forgot which address you used before?.
- Type the serial number you used to wp-signup.php your program, and then click Check Now.
A window will appear on your screen displaying your email address.
I forgot my password
- Go to https://account.trendmicro.com/.
- Click Forgot Your Password?.
- Type the email address you used, and then click Check Now.You will be prompted to check your email to reset your account password.
- Open the email from Trend Micro.
- Click change your password now.
- Type your new password in the New password field and retype it in the Confirm new password field.
- Click Update Password.
- Click Sign In.

If the email address you used to wp-signup.php your Trend Micro account is already inactive and cannot be accessed, contact our Technical Support to update your information.
I bought the program through Best Buy
Contact Best Buy Geek Squad to get your account details.
I bought the program through an Internet Service Provider
Contact your ISP for your account details.
