Add sites in Malwarebytes OneView

The Malwarebytes OneView Sites section displays both summary and detailed site information. You can add and delete sites and manage site product subscriptions on this screen. This article explains how to add sites with a paid or trial subscription to Malwarebytes OneView.

Add a site with a paid subscription

1. Log in to your OneView console.
2. In the left navigation pane, click Sites.
3. In the top-right, click the Add Site button ( + ) in the upper-right part of the page. The Add Site pop-up window appears. At the top part of the pop up displays a stepper providing you a numbered overview of your progress.
4. In the Add site pop-up window, make the following entries:
   • Company Name
   • Assigned User(s) For more information of user roles and permissions, see User roles and permissions in Malwarebytes OneView.
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email
   • Site contract end date sets a reminder date for the site’s contract end date.
5. Click Next.
6. In the Add subscription step of the window, make the following entries:
   • Select Product
   • In the Select Term drop down, choose Paid.
   • Seat Count
   • Billing Cycle
   • Billing Cycle Day only appears when you choose a Monthly billing cycle.
7. Click Next.
8. In the Assign policy step of the window, choose a policy with the Assign Policy drop down.
9. Click Create. A confirmation appears, New site added.

Add a site with a trial subscription

1. Log in to your OneView console.
2. In the left navigation pane, click Sites.
3. In the top-right, click the Add Site button ( + ) in the upper-right part of the page. The Add Site pop-up window appears. At the top part of the pop up displays a stepper providing you a numbered overview of your progress.
4. In the Add site pop-up window, make the following entries:
   • Company Name
   • Assigned User(s) For more information of user roles and permissions, see User roles and permissions in Malwarebytes OneView.
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email
   • Site contract end date sets a reminder date for the site’s contract end date.
5. Click Next.
6. In the Add subscription step of the window, make the following entries:
   • Select Product (Trials are not available for Malwarebytes Incident Response)
   • In the Select Term drop down, choose Trial. The Term Start Date and Term End Date displays at the bottom of the window.
   • Select Term Length
   • Seat Count
7. Click Next.
8. In the Assign policy step of the window, choose a policy with the Assign Policy drop down.
9. Click Create. A confirmation appears, New site added.
