Billing page in the Datto Autotask PSA integration with Malwarebytes OneView

The Billing page in the Datto Autotask PSA integration with Malwarebytes OneView allows you to link each Malwarebytes subscribed product to a Datto Autotask PSA service product.

Once linked, each OneView device and subscribed product automatically syncs into the Datto Autotask PSA client’s account as a new Configuration Item.

Setup services to link in Autotask

1. Log in to Datto Autotask PSA.
2. On the top left menu, select Admin > Features & Settings.
3. Click the + icon to expand Products, Services, & Inventory.
4. Click Services.
5. Create a billing service to link with each OneView product being used.
   • You must add Malwarebytes to all service names. The values for this field are filtered by the Malwarebytes keyword when pulled from the Datto Autotask PSA console.

Configure Billing page in OneView

1. Log in to Malwarebytes OneView.
2. From the left menu, click Settings > APIs & Services.
3. In the Featured Integrations section, search for the Datto Autotask PSA integration card.
4. Click Setup. A new tab displays the setup page for the Datto Autotask PSA integration.
5. In the Datto Autotask PSA integration page, click the carrot next to Billing to expand the field.
6. In the Billing tab, configure the following settings:
   • Enable/Disable billing: Switch this toggle to enable or disable a sync service that allows the integration to create and update Datto Autotask PSA agreement services with the number of deployed Malwarebytes endpoint agents.
   • Incident Response: Choose which Datto Autotask PSA service to associate with the Malwarebytes Incident Response product. Values for this field are pulled from your Datto Autotask PSA console.
   • Endpoint Protection: Choose which Datto Autotask PSA service to associate with the Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection product. Values for this field are pulled from your Datto Autotask PSA console.
   • Endpoint Protection for Servers: Choose which Datto Autotask PSA service to associate with the Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection for Servers product. Values for this field are pulled from your Datto Autotask PSA console.
   • Endpoint Detection and Response: Choose which Datto Autotask PSA service to associate with the Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response product. Values for this field are pulled from your Datto Autotask PSA console.
   • Endpoint Detection and Response for Servers: Choose which Datto Autotask PSA service to associate with the Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response for Servers product. Values for this field are pulled from your Datto Autotask PSA console.
7. Click Save.

Notes:

• Tickets start updating after the configuration item is created at a maximum interval of 5 hours.
