The error “Using the trial version of the application on this computer is not available” occurs when:

  • You try to activate the trial version of a product for the second time.
  • You try to activate the trial version of a product after the commercial license has expired.

If you encounter this error, activate the trial version of the Kaspersky product on a different device.

If the error persists, submit a request to Kaspersky technical support by choosing the topic and filling out the form.
