What is the Sophos Home App?
Sophos Home app is a mobile app that allows Sophos Home Premium users to manage their Sophos Home protected computers directly from their iOS or Android phones (the app is not designed for tablets).
The app provides the same features* as the Sophos Home Dashboard , while offering a phone tailored, more convenient way of accessing it.
The following languages are supported: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese
*All Sophos Home Dashboard options are mirrored within the app, with the exception of removing devices and Multi-factor authentication settings.
How can I get the Sophos Home app?
The Sophos Home app is currently available for Sophos Home Premium users at the Google Play Store, as well as the Apple Store.

What are the requirements to install Sophos Home?
The application can be installed on Android phones running version 6+, as well as on Apple phones running iOS 12+, and it requires a Sophos Home Premium account.
This app does not currently support tablet installations.
What type of settings can I manage via the Sophos Home app?
The Sophos Home app allows users to configure several options, and it is separate into 4 sections:
Devices
The devices section lists all the linked computers, and allows to send links to add additional ones. (Just tap the + symbol!).
Each computer can be configured by tapping on it. They will display Activity (events), Protection (protection levels, exclusions, web filtering), and Settings (renaming a device, removing SSO/direct access)
Help
This section displays 3 options:
Knowledge Base – Where you can search how to configure and troubleshoot the antivirus.
Frequently Asked Questions – to cover the most usual questions related to Sophos Home.
Live Chat – Where you can contact a live representative for support, Mon- Fri 8AM- 8PM Eastern time.
Settings
In settings, you will find biometrics/face ID options, program version, Notifications slider, and the option to turn on/off sending usage and crash reports.
Account
In here you’ll find your License type and Account Settings (this section requires a password to unlock it – this is your Sophos Home account password) .
Within account settings you can edit your email, password, and whether or not you want to receive email alerts.
Troubleshooting
Premium account required
This message informs customers that they must use a Sophos Home Premium account to sign in to the app – Hit Try again, and ensure you are logging in with a a Sophos Home Premium account.
System or network connection error
This message appears when the phone is not connected to the internet. Check your Wi-FI and data settings to ensure you are connected to a network, then hit Retry.
