How can I resume my suspended subcription? (Dr.Web)

  • If the suspension period for your subscription has not yet expired, you can either resume your subscription until the subscription you took out earlier expires, or resume and renew it.

    • In the My subscriptions tab of the Subscription management section, specify the device for which you want to resume your subscription.
    • Select Get Dr.Web.

    If you need a subscription for the term you specified earlier, leave the subscription parameters unchanged.

    If you also need to resume and renew the subscription—just specify the term of the new subscription.

    Your Dr.Web protection will resume immediately if your account balance is positive.
