Create System Information export

Instructions

You may be asked to provide System Information (MSInfo32) export for troubleshooting purposes. To create the export please follow these steps.

For AVG Antivirus, Internet Security and AVG PC Tuneup it is also possible to use our diagnostic tool AVG Sysinfo.

1. Windows 10: Click the search windows button and type: System Information
   Windows 8: On the Home screen type: msinfo32
   Windows Vista/7: Open Start, and then type: msinfo32
   Windows XP: Open Start, click Run, and then type: msinfo32
2. http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfoFTP.exe
3. Press Enter. A System Information window will appear.
4. Click File, and then click Save.
5. Fill in the file name (e.g. “msinfo”), and click Save.
   Tip: Save the file to Desktop so that it is easy to access.
