Scenario: While connecting an external device, K7 may not scan the device for the virus. This may be because K7 device control not configured properly.
Steps to follow:
- Open K7 icon from the desktop.
- Click on Setting
- Click on Device Control
- Select the option as Scan automatically without prompting in order to make K7 enable to scan device automatically.
5. Click on Apply and close.
