ScenarioWhile connecting an external device, K7 may not scan the device for the virus. This may be because K7 device control not configured properly.

Steps to follow:

  1. Open K7 icon from the desktop.
  2. Click on Setting
  3. Click on Device Control
  4. Select the option as Scan automatically without prompting in order to make K7 enable to scan device automatically.

5. Click on Apply and close.
