Scenario: While renewing/activating the License key, you may get error as ” A critical error occurred while activating the product – Error code 400. This happens because of unwanted special character entry in email id column; either it might be additional space after the email or additional dot or any special character.
Steps to follow:
- Kindly go back to the previous activation window page from the error screen and inspect email id column carefully for extra special characters. Such as ( . @@ or additional space )
- If found please remove it and try again. If you are unable to find, please close and re open activation window and clear already existing email id from activation window and re-enter it without additional space and proceed.
- Please make sure you have verified in both email id column, 1st activation window as well as on email confirmation page.
