Scenario: This error will appear while activation of K7 security product due to Downadup infections if any proxy details are enabled in K7.
Steps to follow:
1. Open the K7 product and click on Updates > Configure Updates > Access Internet Through proxy Server
2. Remove the proxy details and try activating the product.
3. If you are using a proxy on the internet, make sure you have entered the correct proxy in K7.
