Instructions

If you didn’t register your device with the Anti-Theft service yet, or you did register the device but it is not shown in the Remote Management at www.avgmobilation.com, please follow these steps:

  1. On your device open AVG AntiVirus, and then tap Anti-Theft.
  2. Select Anti-Theft Settings.
  3. Turn off Anti-Theft. It redirects to Anti-Theft main page.
  4. Tap Turn on button again.
  5. You will receive an email with instructions on how to finish the registration.
  6. Visit www.avgmobilation.com. In case you are already logged in, please click Log out in the upper-right corner of the page.
  7. Click AVG MyAccount, fill in your AVG login name and password, and then click Log in.
  8. Your device will be available on the Remote Management page.

Tip:
Make sure that your phone is connected to your Google account. You can check this by running Play Store on your phone. If you receive an error message or log in prompt, your device is not connected to your Google account.
