Norton Security lets you install on up to ten different devices. If you reach this limit, you cannot install on another device. You may need to remove an unused installation or purchase a different product to meet your needs.
Choose the number of devices (or operating systems) you need to protect to determine the best solution.

Ten or fewer devices to protect?
If you have installed your product on a device you are no longer using, you might be able to transfer license to a new device.
- Sign in to your account.
If you have obtained your product from a service provider, use the partner login link and partner challenge code, or 4-digit partner unit ID you received in your welcome mail.
- In the My Norton page, hover over the account icon or photo and click .
- Click , and then click .
- In the Manage Licenses page, choose the device that you no longer use, and then click .
- Click to confirm.
- To install Norton on a new device, click and follow the on-screen instructions.
More than ten devices?
- If your license of Norton Security does not meet your device coverage needs, you may need to purchase another product to cover all your devices. To maximize the value you receive, answer the questions below for our product recommendation.
