Where can I find my account ID? (F-Secure Windows)

Our customer support may ask for your identity codes if you need to contact us.

To view your identity codes:

  1. Open F-Secure SAFE from the Windows Start menu.
  2. On the main view, select the  menu button.
  3. Select Help & Support.
  4. Find your Account ID under Identity code.
