What to do if forgot console password? (K7 computing)

To reset the K7 Enterprise Console password, please follow the below procedure:

1) Launch K7 Enterprise Console Page in the Console system.

2) Click on “Forgot Password”

3) Enter the username as “Administrator” and click on Submit

4) Reset Password wizard will appear. Enter the Admin credentials for the System

5) Enter the new Password for the K7 Enterprise Console

6) Click on Submit and login
