This topic explains what a passcode is on your iOS device.

The Settings app of your iOS device (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch) asks for the passcode of your device when FREEDOME starts installing the VPN profile. The passcode protects your data. If you have set this up, you are prompted to enter your passcode every time you turn on your device or unlock your screen.
