View your entitlements
- Sign in to your account.
The My Norton page lists all of your subscriptions and the features you are entitled to.
- Depending on your subscription plan, you can review or set up any of the following entitlement:

View your devices on your Norton account
If you have removed license from a device, the device is not shown in the Device Security page.
- Sign in to your account.
- On the Device Security page, view all your devices on which you have installed your protection.
- If you do not see the device, click link at the bottom of the device list to see your older inactive devices.
