By using Autofill, you can log in to apps and websites without having to enter your usernames and passwords.

Important: These instructions apply only to Android devices with versions 5 to 7.

Before being able to use Autofill, you need to turn on the F-Secure ID PROTECTION keyboard on your device.

To log in to an app or web service:

    1. Log in to the F-Secure ID PROTECTION app with your master password.
    2. Open the app or go to web service that you want to access.
    3. Tap the username field.

Your default keyboard appears.

    1. Select the keyboard icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen, and select F-Secure ID PROTECTION from the Change keyboard window.

Your default keyboard is now replaced with F-Secure ID PROTECTION keyboard.

    1. Select the desired service from the keyboard.

The app fills in your credentials automatically.

    1. To log in, select the username field, and select the entry from the autofill drop-down menu.
Note: If the F-Secure ID PROTECTION app is locked, you need to enter your master password first to open it. Then you can select the entry.

Your default keyboard appears.

  1. Log in to the app or web service.

Your are now logged in to the app or web service.

Note: If the web service has automatically filled in your username, and you only need to fill in your password, in the bottom-left of the F-Secure ID PROTECTION keyboard, first tap User & Pwd button twice so that it displays Pwd, and then select the desired service. F-Secure ID PROTECTION fills in the password and you are ready to access the service.
