Unable to click Add Device button in Dashboard (Sophos)

You are unable to install Sophos Home on another computer because the Add Device button is disabled:

Cause

This happens when the following number of device limit has already been reached:

  • Sophos Home premium – 10 devices limit
  • Sophos Home free – 3 devices limit

Solution

To resolve this, remove one or more computers from the dashboard.
