Managing Mobile Protection invitations (F-Secure)

To manage the invitations:

1. 1. Click Devices on the sidebar.

If the scope selector is set to display all customer companies, select the company you wish to manage.

The Devices page is displayed.

1. 1. Select  and then select Manage Mobile Protection invitations.

The Manage Mobile Protection invitations page opens. The Pending tab shows a table with devices on which the app has not been installed yet. The Expired tab shows a table with devices on which the app has not been installed and the invitation link has been expired.

1. For the pending invitations, you can send a reminder as long as the installation link is valid (for 30 days). After that the invitations are shown under the Expired tab.
2. For the expired invitations, you can send another invitation link using the Send new invitation option.

   Note: If there are devices that are no longer needed, for example, the user has left the company, you can delete those invitations from the table.
