  1. Open the ESET PROTECT Web Console in your web browser and log in.
  2. Click More → Dynamic Group Templates.
  3. Click New Template.

  1. In the Basic section, type a Name and Description for your new template into respective fields.

  1. Click Expression and then click Add Rule.

  1. Expand Computer, select Managed products mask, and then click OK.

  1. In the added row click the desktop icon  to remove it.

  1. Click the plus sign next to the drop-down menu and select ESET PROTECT: Agent.

  1. Click Add Rule again (see Step 5), then expand Computer, select Managed products mask (see Step 6), and click OK.
  2. Click the drop-down menu next to the desktop icon  and select is not one of. Then click the plus sign  and select the following products (you need to select each product separately):
    • ESET protected: Desktop
    • ESET protected: Virtual Machine (agentless)
    • ESET protected: Mobile
    • ESET protected: Server
    • ESET protected: File Server
    • ESET protected: Mail Server
    • ESET protected: Gateway Server
    • ESET protected: Collaboration Server
    • Other: Shared Local Cache
    • Other: Virtual Security Appliance
 The ESET protected: Desktop will be pre-selected.

  1. Ensure that every product from the list in Step 10 has been selected and click Finish to save the Dynamic Group Template.

You can use this template to create a new Dynamic Group.
