• Secured websites/web pages do not load with ESET installed
• When accessing a secured website/web page, the page does not fully load; it remains white and blank

Solution I:  Set SSL/TLS scanning to Interactive mode

1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.
2. Press the F5 key on your keyboard to access Advanced setup.
3. Click Web and Email and expand SSL/TLS.
4. From the SSL/TLS protocol filtering drop-down menu, select Interactive mode and click OK.

5. Re-open your web browser and attempt to access the website. For each ESET window that appears, select the option Always perform this action and then click Ignore.
6. Continue this process until you are able to fully access the secured website. When you are finished, change the SSL/TLS protocol filtering mode back to Automatic mode.

If the website does not load, continue to solution II below.

Solution II: Import website certificate

1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.
2. Press the F5 key on your keyboard to access Advanced setup.
3. Click Web and Email and then expand the SSL/TLS section.
4. Click Edit next to List of known certificates.

5. In the List of known certificates window, click Add. In the Add certificate window, click URL.

6. Copy the URL of the website whose certificate you are importing and paste it in the URL address field. Click OK to close the Load certificate from URL window. In Scan action section select Ignore and click OK to close the Add certificate window.

7. The newly added certificate will be displayed in the List of known certificates window. Click OK to close the window and click OK again to exit Advanced setup.

8. Re-open your web browser and verify that you can access the secured site.
