12. How do I scan my Mac with ESET Cyber Security/ESET Cyber Security Pro?
    The Real-time scanner built into ESET Cyber Security/ESET Cyber Security Pro protects you as you use your Mac. It will also scan your computer on system start up. You can run a Computer scan or

14. I am using dual-boot software such as Mac Boot Camp or Parallels, do I need separate licenses for my Mac operating system and for my Windows operating system?
    North American customers: Yes, you will need to purchase ESET Cyber Security/ESET Cyber Security Pro and an ESET product for Windows.

    Customers outside North America: No, you do not need to purchase ESET Cybersecurity/ESET Cyber Security Pro and an ESET product for Windows. You can extend the protection of your ESET product to a parallel operating system on the same computer.

15. Is there an ESET security product for the iPhone or iPad?
    No, ESET products for the iPhone and iPad do not currently exist.

17. The “Scan on File“ action blocks communication between VMware Fusion from version 7 and vCenter on OS X from version 10.10.4
    You must set exclusions and exclude following folder:
    /System/Library/Preferences/Logging/Subsystems

Known Issues

• ESET Cyber Security Pro is blocking incoming audio in Skype.
  • To allow the incoming audio in Skype, create a new exception for Skype in the firewall settings. See our Knowledgebase article to resolve the issue.
• macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) contains a security feature which requires a user approval before loading new third-party kernel extensions.
