• The “Scan with ESET NOD32 Antivirus” or “Scan with ESET Smart Security” option does not display in the context menu when you right-click a file name or desktop icon

By default, the option to scan files with your ESET product is displayed in the context menu when you right-click a file. If this option is not available, you can enable it from within your ESET product.

Alternatively, you can drag and drop files to scan in ESET version 11 and later home products. Scan a file or folder manually by moving the file or folder to the marked area in the Computer Scan window.

1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.
2. Press the F5 key to access Advanced setup.
3. Click User Interface, expand User Interface Elements, select the slider bar next to Integrate into the context menu and click OK.
