Solution

Restore quarantined files after you have closed scanner

If you have already closed the ESET Online Scanner window without restoring quarantined files, restore quarantined files after closing the ESET Online Scanner window.

Restore quarantined files immediately after running the ESET Online Scanner

  1. After you have completed a scan, click View detailed results.

  1. Click Restore cleaned files.

  1. Select the files you want to restore and then click Restore files.

  1. Click Continue.

  1. Your quarantined files are now restored. Click Finish.

Restore quarantined files after closing the ESET Online Scanner

  1. Right-click the .exe file you downloaded previously to launch Online Scanner and Run as administrator.
  2. Click About ESET Online Scanner.
