Installing Avast Premium Security for MAC

1. Click the button below to download theAvast Securitysetup file, and save it to a familiar location on your Mac (by default, downloaded files are saved to your Downloads folder).

2. Double-click the downloaded setup fileavast_security_online.dmg.
   
3. Double-click theAvast Securityicon, then close the window.
   
4. Click Continue.
   
5. Review Avast’s Privacy Policy, then clickContinue.
   
6. Click Continueto confirm that you have read the End User License Agreement (EULA), then clickAgreeto confirm that you accept the terms.
   
7. Click Installto proceed with default installation. Optionally, clickChange Install Location…or Customizeif you want to make changes to the default setup.
   
8. If prompted, use your Touch ID to grant permission for the installation, or clickUse Password…, then enter your Administrator Password and clickInstall Software.
   
9. Click OK to allow Avast Security to access your downloads folder.
   
10. When the System Extension Blocked notification appears, click OK.
    
11. Optionally, untick the box if you do not want Google Chrome installed as your default browser, then clickContinue.
    
12. Click Close.
    
13. Click Move to Trash.
    
14. Click OK to allow the Avast Security installer to access your downloads folder.
    
15. Follow the on-screen instructions to allow permissions for Avast Security. For detailed instructions, refer to the following article:

Avast Premium Security is now installed on your Mac.
