To automatically fill F-Secure KEY usernames and passwords in Chrome or Firefox, you need to enable the browser autofill function from KEY settings and install the KEY extension or add-on on your selected browser.

  1. Open F-Secure KEY.
  2. Go to Settings > General.
  3. Under Autofill, click on the drop-down and select the Enable browser autofill option. Options to install the browser extension or add-on appears below.
  4. For Firefox
    1. Click the Install Firefox add-on button.
    2. On the Firefox Add-ons page, click Add to Firefox, then click Install. The F-Secure KEY Password Manager icon appears in the top-right corner of the browser.
    3. Go back to KEY, and click Copy to copy the authorization code needed to complete the registration.
    4. In your Firefox browser, click on the KEY icon in the top-right corner of the browser, and paste in the copied authorization code.
    5. Click Authorize, then Close.
  5. For Chrome
    1. In KEY, click the Install Chrome extension button.
    2. On the Chrome Web Store, click Add to Chrome, then Add extension. The F-Secure KEY Password Manager icon appears in the top-right corner of the browser.
    3. Go back to KEY, and click Copy to copy the authorization code needed to complete the registration.
    4. In your Chrome browser, click on the KEY icon in the top-right corner of the browser, and paste in the copied authorization code.
    5. Click Authorize, then Close.
