The Avira antivirus default setting for virus detection is Interactive, which means input from the user is required when a virus is detected.

Define what action your antivirus should take if a virus is detected. Set this action to automatic, and specify within the subconfiguration whether the file in question should be automatically moved to quarantine before any other action such as delete, repair etc. is performed.

Define the action for each protection option.
