If you have subscribed to a Norton plan through in-app purchase, you can cancel or change your subscription settings only from Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store.
Uninstalling the Norton app from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel or change your subscription settings on the respective store.
The Norton Secure VPN or Norton 360 trial from Apple App Store or Google Play Store requires a payment method and the activation of an annual paid subscription through in-app purchase. A charge for the annual paid subscription is initiated at the end of your trial period.
To cancel the trial before any charge occurs, you must cancel the subscription before the trial period ends. If your annual paid subscription has already started and been charged, you must cancel the subscription through the respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
