Buying TOTAL from our Online Store (F-Secure)

The shopping cart is handled by our trusted eCommerce partner cleverbridge.

1. 1. Go to our website and select Buy now.

The shopping cart opens.

1. 1. On the Your cart page, select:
      • The subscription length;
      • The number of devices to be protected; and,
      • If you’d like to renew your expiring subscription automatically.

With auto-renewals, the next renewal is done automatically when your subscription ends. You can cancel the automatic renewal anytime before the next renewal date.

1. 1. Select one of the following:
      • Check out with PayPal
        1. Follow the instructions onscreen to log in to your PayPal account.
      • Other payment options
        1. On the Order Information page, do the following:
           • Enter your email address, first and last name, ZIP or Postal code, and country.
           • Select your preferred payment method and fill in the necessary details.
           • Select Continue.
   2. On the Confirm order page, check your order details, and select Buy now.

Your order is processed and your order reference number appears on the Done page. You will also receive an order confirmation email from our trusted eCommerce partner cleverbridge.

1. 1. Once your purchase is complete, select Create an account for My F-Secure.

The account creation page with your pre-completed details is displayed.

1. 1. Check the information, create a strong password or passphrase, and select Accept and create account. My F-Secure opens.

      Note: By pressing the Accept and create account button, you agree to F-Secure End User License Terms.

   2. To complete your account creation, open your email inbox and in the Activate your F-Secure account now email, select the link to confirm your email address for your account.

You will also receive a “Get started with F-Secure TOTAL” email with instructions for installing the TOTAL apps.

If you want to install F-Secure SAFE immediately, on the main page of your My F-Secure account, select SAFE and Add device.
